RULES AND DETAILS
Registration:
You are registering to participate as a rider at the The Next Ride 2022.
By registering you agree to raise a minimum of $10,000 to benefit The Next Step, a non-profit organization in Israel dedicated to supporting and rehabilitating children and adults suffering from limb-loss.
Registration fee is $500 non-refundable. Registration fee will be applied towards your minimum goal of $10,000.
Registration ends October 10, 2022 or when maximum number of participants is reached.
Re-commitment:
Re-commitment date is August 25, 2022.
On this date, if you have not yet raised the total of $5000 on your page, you will be requested to provide a credit card for a charge for the balance towards $5000. The re-commitment fee is the balance remaining towards the $10,000 after applying the $500 registration fee and/or any funds raised until August 25, 2022. Any funds raised by you thereafter will be posted towards the total sum of the re-commitment charge which will be refunded accordingly.
Additional recommitment fee will be assessed on October 10, 2022.
On this date if you have not yet raised the total of $10,000, you will be requested to provide a credit card for the balance towards $10,000. The re-commitment fee is the balance remaining towards the $10,000 after applying the $500 registration fee, the recommitment fee, and/or any funds raised until October 10, 2022. Any funds raised by you thereafter will be posted towards the total sum of the re-commitment charge which will be refunded accordingly.
Your guaranteed participation is contingent to raising $10,000 or authorizing the re-commitment fee balance by October 10, 2022.
If registration is made after October 10, 2022, full fee ($10,000) must be authorized at time of registration.
Travel:
You must travel on group flight to receive the free airfare included.
If you want to travel on different times or other airlines, you will receive a $950 voucher towards airfare.
Your air travel commitment must be made by September 25, 2022.
All-inclusive trip:
Each participant will receive the following -
- Registration and participation at The Next Ride events
- One Round trip coach class ticket from anywhere in the US to Israel (Connection through JFK or Newark Int’l Airports).
- Hotel stay for 7 days/6 nights at Waldorf Astoria Hotel Jerusalem (based on double occupancy)
- Gourmet meals (Mehadrin) served daily
- Full nutritional, medical, security and mechanical support along rides’ routes
- Transportation from Ben Gurion Airport to Jerusalem and Jerusalem to Ben Gurion Airport
- Concierge Service
- 4 Jerseys & 3 Bibs
- 2 T-Shirts
- 2 Bandanas
- 4 Pairs of Socks
- 2 TNR Water Bottles
