RULES AND DETAILS
You are registering to participate as a rider at the The Next Ride 2020.
By registering you agree to raise a minimum of $9,500 to benefit The Next Step, a non-profit organization in Israel dedicated to supporting and rehabilitating children and adults suffering from limb-loss.
Registration fee is $500 non-refundable. Registration fee will be applied towards your minimum goal of $9,500.
Registration ends September 1, 2020 or when maximum number of participants is reached.
Every rider will be obligated to purchase travel insurance with coverage for medical care and accidents. Proof of such insurance will be required 30 days prior to travel.
Re-commitment date is July 25, 2020.
On this date, if you have not yet raised the total of $5000 on your page, you will be requested to provide a credit card for a charge for the balance towards $5000. The re-commitment fee is the balance remaining towards the $9,500 after applying the $500 registration fee and/or any funds raised until July 25, 2020. Any funds raised by you thereafter will be posted towards the total sum of the re-commitment charge which will be refunded accordingly.
Additional recommitment fee will be assessed on October 1, 2020.
On this date if you have not yet raised the total of $9,500, your credit card will be charged for the balance towards $9,500. The re-commitment fee is the balance remaining towards the $9,500 after applying the $500 registration fee, the recommitment fee, and/or any funds raised until October 1, 2020. Any funds raised by you thereafter will be posted towards the total sum of the re-commitment charge which will be refunded accordingly.
Your guaranteed participation is contingent to raising $9,500 or authorizing the re-commitment fee balance by October 1, 2020.
All extra charges, i.e. spouse travel and participation fees, single occupancy, etc., must be paid by October 1, 2020.
If registration is made after October 1, 2020, full fee ($9,500) and extras must be authorized at time of registration.
UNFORTUNATELY, NO PLEDGES WILL BE POSTED ON ANY PAGE, RIDER OR TEAM. ONLY PROCESSED PAYMENTS VIA CREDIT CARD OR CHECK (DEPOSITED) WILL BE POSTED.
You must travel on the group flight to receive the free airfare included.
If you want to travel on different times or other airlines, you will receive a $950 voucher towards airfare.
Your air travel commitment must be made by September 1, 2020.
Each participant will receive the following -
- Registration and participation at The Next Ride events
- One Round trip coach class ticket from anywhere in the US to Israel (Connection through JFK or Newark Int’l Airports).
- Hotel stay for 7 days/6 nights at Waldorf Astoria Hotel Jerusalem (based on double occupancy)
- Gourmet meals (Mehadrin) served daily
- Full nutritional, medical, security and mechanical support along rides’ routes
- Transportation from Ben Gurion Airport to Jerusalem and Jerusalem to Ben Gurion Airport
- Concierge Service
- 4 Jerseys & 3 Bibs
- 2 T-Shirts
- 3 Pairs of Socks
- 2 TNR Water Bottles
- Riders raising $12,000 will be upgraded to single occupancy
- Riders raising $14,500 can have their spouse join
